Cancellation Policy:

RV Site & Tent Sites

There is a $25 cancellation fee for all RV Site & Tent Site reservations cancelled within 15 or more days prior to the reservation date.

There is a 1-night cancellation fee for all RV Site & Tent Site reservations cancelled within 2 – 14 days prior to the reservation date.

All cancellations less than 2 days of the reservation date results for RV Sites & Tent Sites in a forfeit of full payment made at time of reservation.

Cabins & Lodge

There is a $50 cancellation fee for all Cabins & Lodge reservations cancelled within 30 or more days prior to the reservation date.

There is a 1-night cancellation fee for all Cabins & Lodge reservations cancelled within 14 – 30 days prior to the reservation date.

All cancellations less than 14 days of the reservation date for Cabins & Lodge will result in a forfeit of full payment.

Leaving a voicemail or sending an email does not constitute a cancellation until you have received a confirmation email that your stay has been cancelled.

We hold your site as requested and turn other people away. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to weather, illness, or work schedule. This includes no shows and early check-outs.
